Autumn 2017

Brrrr! It's getting chilly! But that means its twinkly lights and cosy fire time - which get us looking towards to that ever approaching ...CHRISTMAS time!

So... an update: We've had our 'fingers in lots of pies' of late - and its been quite the challenge to keep ourselves spinning all the Yateley Papers plates. Workshops at The Old Rectory in Bletchingley have drawn to a close for the year. They were a real treat to run, the setting magnificent and our students enthusiastically printing fantastic colourful creations each time. We really look forward to more of the same next year. We've also been in discussion with  the lovely team at Stonor Park in Henley-Upon-Thames and look forward to holding workshops with them in 2018 too.   We have also been collaborating  with Silent Pool Gin based in Surrey,  creating their first luxurious gin filled crackers available from November direct from their distillery.  We don't think they will hang around for long !

Last week Yateley Papers exhibited at The Independent Hotel Show at Kensington Olympia, showcasing new products - clipboards, large document wallets, wastebins - all soon to be added to the website  - watch this space -  as well as our range of handmade crackers and various bespoke options.  It was quite the eye opener to see all the different aspects of running a hotel with stands displaying anything from four poster beds, giant stuffed polar bears, bottles of wine, glam beauty products, printers, rubber ducks...!

The clocks change this weekend which signals that Autumn is well and truly here and Christmas is suddenly right around the corner and Trudi and I have been working hard in preparation ensuring we have plenty of stock at the ready for the festive season.  We will be at many a Christmas Fair this year including  returning to Country Homes and Interiors Christmas show at Stonor Park again, and also to the Wealden Winter Fair. Check out the events page to see where we are and when. We have been hand block printing lots of stocking fillers and affordable presents to make sure our stands are overflowing with irresistable things to buy.  So get your diaries out and plan a visit to one of our fairs!
